Certainly a good experience for shopping in Osaka. Clean, ideal hotel, compact rooms and consistently courteous staff. Above average and awesome breakfast for the start of the day with a prepaid special rate ¥1500 and Asian food, as example. Great location in the next store, short walk from a shopping street. Based short walk to Dotonbori and Namba the most popular area of Osaka and Ebisu Bridge, Ebisubashi, and Shinsaibashi and restaurants and shopping area. Fast check-in and great customer service. Smooth check-out.

The location was very central, right by the castle and other local attractions, Namba Station, and all the attraction. The staff were nice and courteous and an absolute pleasure.

We stayed here before now and would stay here again. Everything about this peaceful hotel was modern. This accommodation had a very central setting to catch a bus or train to the airport. The room was neat and silent with a nice view.

It had all needed for shopping in Osaka. The staff are polite and very pleasant, giving their best to make the stay a good experience. The hotel's location is great, just next door to supermarkets and metro and train. Dotonbori district won't disappoint you.

The neighborhood is not very neat! Many mosquitos in lobby.

It is just in the dotombori district which has plenty of things to do at night: restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, clubs etc... Nice to see the wild urban japan. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the bustling Dotonbori neighborhood. The location couldn't have been better, with so many shops, restaurants, and attractions right on our doorstep. The convenience of having a 7-eleven store next door was a major plus for us, making it easy to grab snacks or any essentials we needed.

The good location was close to Hozenji Yokocho. We also went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was neat, with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV.

The location in the middle of all that is happening in Osaka.

I thought the room was a very decent size considering the price. The layout was very nice with great storage space. The hotel was in the best area, right in the heart of the best food & shopping districts, dontonbori, soemoncho and shinsaibashi st.
